Q: I've made in-game purchases yet I haven't received my items? Why?
Items purchased using RADs or Credits will be awarded to your account automatically -- If you purchase items during a disconnect the transaction will not be able to complete, so please simply try again once you're able to reconnect.
Q: I've purchased some Steam DLC bundles yet I haven't received the items in the bundle.
This can happen due to several reasons such as
- Steam couldn't authorise the payment.
- Not enough Steam funds.
- Lost network connection during the transaction period.
- Steam is under heavy load and your items delivery could be delayed.
If none of the above are the cause then please submit a ticket and our agents will be able to investigate into the issue. When opening a ticket please ensure to list the following:
- Item purchased.
- Time and date of purchase.
