Q: My item is missing!
Please double check your Filters in the 'Inventory' screen as the item may be hidden, also ensure that you are playing on the same Steam account that you previously had the item on.
If your item is still missing please contact CS (Customer Service) with the following details:
- A screenshot of your inventory with no filters applied
- Link to Steam Profile
- Details of the item/s missing
- Estimated purchase/acquisition date
